Good morning fellow Exer's! The Freedom Train would like to invite all of our friends, new and old to come back on board today and help us celebrate our Freedom from the bondage that tobacco kept us in for so long! Realize as we salute those who have put together large numbers, that there are those who are struggeling too keep a few days together! Those who have large numbers started in the same place as those who only have a few! Reaching large numbers is quite an accomplishment! Continuing to fight through the early day is accomplishment also! With that thought in mind, please know that everyone is welcome here everyday! As we celebrate great accomplishments we must stay aware of the pitfalls, and celebrate every small victory. We must continue to reach out to everyone who needs a hand! None of us started half way up the mountain! We all started at the bottom! So as we celebrate today let us all remember where we came from!
The Freedom Train Is down on the farm today! Jeannie! Jeannie! Have you got your prettiest party dress on? Have you got your dancing shoes? You have 700 Smoke Free Days behind you, and a huge party in front of you! OK, everybody, what were you doing June 8th of 2009? Jeannie was sitiing around contemplating the future of Notre Dame sports, and a future without the addiction to tobacco! She realized that there was not much she could do about one, but that she had total control of the other! And control it she has! 700 Days she has maintained that control! That is awesome! Congrats on the first 700 Days of you New and Improved Smoke Free Life Jeannie! You are a great role model, and a shinning example for all who follow you!
The Train would also like to give a shout out to EllenMT. Ellen has found the light at the end of the tunnel and is out of No-Mans-Land! Congrats on those first 130 Days Sweetie! Now, let get the celebration rolling!
