I just confirmed what I thought was true.Allen Carr states that we are not addicted to the cigarettes.We are addicted to the nicotine and the nicotine is a drug.I thought that but wasn't sure.I believe that the nicotine is a drug just like other drugs.you have the legal drugs prescribed by a doctor or some over the counter and cigarettes are one of them.You have your street drugs and we know what some of those are.Bottom line nicotine is in the same category it's a drug and it's time to get rid of it for good.
