I was looking back at old posts and thought this one was worth re-posting.

I was still learning a lot at this point in my journey.
I had discovered that sickorettes didn't need to be the controlling factor in my life.
I had been limiting my activities by smoking as my lung function had decreased in a major way. I could now do more for a longer time without getting short of breath.
The biggest thing I learned is contained in the next post.
