We found the Butt brothers deep in the desert this morning. I guess they thought they could take 6 men on camels.

After several hours of a very hard fought battle, all 20 of the brothers were laying in the sands. We lit a large fire and fed them into it one at a time. We made sure they were totally burned to ashes before we let the fire die out. The hot desert winds will scatter them to the far reaches of the desert.

To all the new travelers, Keep strong and best wishes. I will leave a backpack full of supplies for you at the edge of NML. Take a camel from the corral and ask one of the bedoins to help you saddle it. Watch for the signs along the trail and rest at every oasis you come to. I have left supplies at all of them.

To those almost through NML, Way to go !!! I hope your journey was not to difficult and that the bedoins aided you in my absence.

I wish to pass along the words of wisdom from the Old Goat of the mountain ... Keep T%hem Away From Your Face!!!

One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.

Well, the pulmonologist says things look good. He did tell me that there were actually 6 nodes in my lung and had been all along. None have grown significantly though. Another scan in 6 months.

Started on Spiriva and will see how that goes. I think i9t is helping though. Only been 4 doses so far, so it's hard to say for sure yet.

BTW!!! I am at 335 days !!!!!!!!!

Thanks you all for your concern and thoughts.

I love each and every one of you.

Still Traveling

There are now over 1000 camels on both sides of the desert of NML, in addition to all of those that are in the desert right now. There are over a million allies trecking all over the desert searching out Ol Nic and his friends for us.

To all that are beginning again, I send strength and hugs your way. To those just beginning the journey, I send support and love in addition to the strength and hugs.

On a personal note, I have been in and out of the hospital several times since I was last here. I am holding my own right now and waiting for word from the Pulmonologist on my last scan.

Keep Them Away From Your Face.

Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Travel well and safely.

One step, and then another, will get you to where you want to be.
