It's been 33 days and today was really good. A lot less pain from my surgery site and not so many urges to light one. I'm finding lots of things to distract myself with. One day at a time in NML. What a great journey we have embarked on.

Congratulations on 32 days!!
We don't ever want to have to do that first month again, so (like Thomas suggested) go do Dale's page and click on his No Mans Land link to read about this next stage of quitting. A lot of people use to lose their quits 2-4 months into their quit because they didn't know what to expect. Being prepared is essential!!
Keep up the great work!
Good Job! You are through the initial worst.
Now unlearn smoking for the next 100 days and guard your quit.
