Well, I have to say yesterday was interesting. Grinding my teeth, snacking like a maniac, and cranky. BUT on the flip side I learned some things: I only need a Commit for the after-meal cig replacement, my boyfriend and son are COMPLETELY supportive no matter how bitchy I am and going to bed early isn't a bad thing for extra sleep and to end the day and temptation!
Now I know why people say "one day at a time". I learned this morning that it is about changing routine. I am used to smoking after morning coffee and breakfast. Today, I went upstairs earlier and took my sweet time getting ready for work. When I finished early, I came downstairs and played a couple games on my Smartphone to pass the extra minutes before I had to leave for work.
This is the hardest thing I have EVER had to do! and I want to quit more than anything! Someone please let me know when the "need", "craving" ends!!!
