3 Wonderful years

Sept 14, 2014 I made a decision that has changed my life. I decided I would become an exsmoker. That same day I found this EX site. All the information that was available was amazing. But I have to say the biggest reason I stayed with my quit was the people on this site who are there to help at any time of the day or night. It was not easy in the beginning but it got easier as time went on. I can't remember how many times in a day I would say "I don't do that anymore". Sometimes I whispered it and sometimes I shouted it out loud but it really helped.

To all the elders who were here when I joined and helped me along the way I say "Thank you." And a special thank you to all the wonderful people on this site who I have had the privilege of getting to know during the last 3 years.

Thank you everyone.

Terry
