Hello all EXers & future EXers. I joined the community about 2 weeks ago. Now the thought of quitting is ALWAYS in the back of my head no matter what I'm doing. Plus, I seem to have developed a symptom I have not read about yet. It's GUILT. Even though my quit date is still just over 1 month, I feel terrible almost every time I light up. Then, to make matters worse, I get strong feelings of anxiety.
Can anyone relate? If so, have you found any tools to help combat this feeling?
