Time for more reminders as I am missing smoking at the moment.....
11. I am not constantly cleaning my "smoking spot" before people come over
12. On cold days, I don't wake up freezing because I have to leave my windows open to air out the smoke
13. My house is fresh and not stuffy
14. Not worrying if my clients/family can smell smoke on me (I was a closet smoker)
15. I can smell my body wash, shampoo, perfume, lotion all day long
16. I am able to buy more shoes and clothes. I love to shop!!

I just need to write out the good things I feel right now to remind myself when the negative thoughts arrive.....
1. No headaches
2. sleeping better... usually wake 4-5 times to smoke
3. smell pretty
4. no sore throat
5. Saving money on perfume 🙂
6. IBS is better
7. Paid off a credit card with the money i saved in 15 days
8. More energy
9. No smokers breath
10. Work day seems to go by faster, I dont know why
