Good Afternoon All,
I just need to write out the good things I feel right now to remind myself when the negative thoughts arrive.....
1. No headaches
2. sleeping better... usually wake 4-5 times to smoke
3. smell pretty
4. no sore throat
5. Saving money on perfume 🙂
6. IBS is better
7. Paid off a credit card with the money i saved in 15 days
8. More energy
9. No smokers breath
10. Work day seems to go by faster, I dont know why
Thats all for now....
