I absolutely love stewed rhubarb well chilled.
The tart and sweet is such a treat!
(Really good over those little dessert cups you get at the store too)
Get 4 stalks of rhubarb. Wash Then Cut Into 1" pieces. Put into 1 1/2 quart pyrex dish with 1/2 cup-1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Nuke for 4 minutes. Stir. Nuke for another 2-4 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Cool in Fridge another 2 hours.
