Share your quitting journey
After most people make it 30 days, the shinyness of quitting is wearing off. In fact, you're darn tired of thinking about quitting.
You are entering the period where most quitters falter and fail. by 1 month you've experienced the worst of the cravings.
It will never get worse than what you've experienced in the first 30 days but the habit tries to blindside you with cravings and memories out of nowhere. Just know what I am saying is true and be especially aware through day 130 or so.
