I believe that 120-130 days after your last puff is the magical time.
That's when i noticed I've seen it again and again over the years since I quit.
If you understand you can quit and don't doubt yourself, that amount of time is a typical
cross section and you have created strong enough memories of living without smoking that you're ready for
anything you, a non-smoker, will experience
You truly can start living about that time and not be thinking of smoking.
