I have been on quit smoking sites since i quit almost 4 years ago.
The observation I make from being on these sites for so long is:
If you don't dwell on smoking constantly and have the attitude that you really aren't missing out on anything.
(this means 'when you see someone with a cigarette or smell one, you minimize, not magnify the thought.)>
You can forget about smoking on a daily or even weekly basis around
ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DAYS!!
