To healthyness 🙂 a few weeks ago I was working out & woke up one day can barley move plus iam working again 🙂 on my feet 6-8 hrs a day .. Im trainin g for the transplant Games of americia which will be held in houston texas july 11th threw the 16 th ill be home , doing tranck & feild 🙂 I need my legs and arms , for the past 3 wks a month this wed. I havent did anything , Just stoped by drs orders , seen my drs this week , I can begin training again but not as much as i was doing , they said i have alot on my plate . well i started to run yesterday , I did ok I ran today which i did much better , I havent been able to run since i was in my 20s thanks to smoking & up to 2 yrs ago i was lucky if I was able to walk 3 steps to my bath room & now im running woot woot 🙂 Smoking nearly killed me , I dont have to tell you my story bc everyone here has a story and basically they are all the same different wording 🙂 we can talk till we are blue in the face LMAO BUT ITS ALL UP TO U .. Do you wana quit .. then you will , give this your all & really mean it .. you can do it . just gota believe 🙂
Right now i have to do a ivig 5 hrs treatment think this week or next its for the immuntiy & help with blood , its made out of thousands of human antibodies & instore threw an iv 🙂 then ill get a bag of fluids for hydration due to my kidney which are now not functioning properly . I need a shot of arounus as my red count hemoglobin is .8 soppose to be 12 threw 15 anylower ill need a transfusion usually on 6 or 7 . they also took me off imuran ( antirejection drug ) put meback on the very costly one cellcept LMAO so im going threw changes now but im not in any rejection so thats the main thing . but all this is due to smoking .. it changed my whole entire life smoking did .. you start out being cool ,so you think then when you can breathe you think like what the hell was I thinking !!
never say you cant quit .. we are in control we can do anything we need to do , so never give up on trying !
