so I had a head ache from hell and I had a temp.  and alittle down in the dumbs im so tired of being sick.  ive had a head ache for the last couple of days.  stupid pollen stupid sinusitis. i do everything right, exercise, physical therapy reiki meditate, eat right. shake my head
