Share your quitting journey
Color purple "I don't know yall no mo" I am an oldie coming up on 5 years! Woo Hoo! Miss everyone and realized the longer you are quit the more you drift away. Once you make the decision its as easy as falling off a log. The decision to quit , not luck, not NRT, but a simple decision. People who quit told me that for years, I didn't believe it , it simply couldn't be that easy. But quess what? It was. I had the desire but never quite could get there. I quit a week one time, 3 days one time and 16 days in March of 2009 before I really , finally quit for good in December of 2009 . I joined the Ex site, read Allen Carr took Chantix (No putting out fire with gasoline for me) set a date and made the decision to do it. Did it Christmas day jumped for joy, became the "The Happy Quitter" and never looked back! happy then about the decision and happy today. Make the decision , you can do it!
