didn't play,, I mean I obsessed over them . Had very very little problem once I made up my mind to quit,, it was very much a mental after 3 or 4 days of Nicotine withdrawal,,I took Chantix 3 weeks worth,, read 'Easy Way' by Allen Carr, and decided to be happy about the  'Wonderful' event,was happy to be free, I can't describe the feeling, it was so great!

December will be 4 years free from Nicotine and smoking
