Succumb to your craving and be miserable for the rest of your life.

Or,

hold off your craving and be miserable today to be happy for the rest of your life

– what will you choose?

I remember my cravings days. Initially it was toughest part of life. I used to feel that quitting cigarette is the most difficult thing in the world. I can live without oxygen, but not without smoking.

Patience taught me to hold on on cravings, and not to get succumbed to it. Be honest to yourself, and admire your efforts are less till such time your cravings are lesser and lesser. I also own my huge gratitude to EX group, who taught me how to make life good without cigarette.

Be happy for ever once I quit,  smoking give temporary happiness (if at all!)

All the best !
