Yes, its new life post quitting smoking. The smoke-busy days gone far beyond. Not any desire to smoke again !  Infact, feeling smoke-busy days were unnecessary evil.

Had it been known before 1st ciggarette that nicotine is only to capture your brain in such a manner, that you hardly get sense of your addiction, which  is bad, too bad for yourself, your family, and the society. The thinking in this direction is completely stopped with lighted ciggarett in one hand, and coffee or tea mug in other. This was my situation some 3 years back.

Now, when i see on the corners of hotels, restaurants, ccds, with active smokers, i link myself there, and feel ashamed. I should not have been there at all. Because i smoke one ciggarette sometime back, all that ciggarette didis to bind me for thirty years with addiction. However, with the help of friends on this site, useful sharing by like of us, got rid off ... at last, came out ............free from smoke.

The life post qutting is beautiful, more meaningful, and full of confidence.

I urge, those who are trying quitting smoking, keep it up, all the best, one day count, day by days,..........rememer Not One Puff Ever NOPE NOPE.

Happy new year and happy new life.

Day 1135.
