Share your quitting journey
I have enrolled in college and my major is Early Childhood Development. I was looking for a school or daycare where I can do my externship. I fould a daycare willing to help me interviewed and one of the things that I was asked was if I smoked. I told her I was trying and she said thats good but one thing we don't allow is a person holding children with the smell of cigarettes. I was so embarrassed because I was also with my daughter and she's begging me to please stop. That was Tuesday, April 24th. Weds. April 25th in the morning I finished the last three cigarettes I had and April 26th I began my quit. I want to work with children and don't want this to affect my doing so. I plan on taking it day by day. Prayers help and friends and family. Especially my daughter and son. I am hoping that I never fall back but if I do I will remember that embarrassing day. I am feeling good and I have began to exercise with my daughter.
