First smoke free day . . .

Today was my first smoke free day, and it was really hard, although I did smoke my last cigarette yesterday so that helped. Tomorrow is going to be harder, since I was off today - my boss has been breathing down everyone's necks lately but I got some nicorette so hopefully that will take the edge off. Chloie (my cocker cavalier mix) is happy she can hang around me all day without having to retreat under the couch to escape the smoke. My fiance is being so supportive, I really hope I can stick with this.
