I have not had a cig yet however I am still on the patch and I try and go without it and end up eventually putting it back on, I think it is better than slipping up and having a smoke however I have gained about 5 lbs and I have not been eating to much differently then before?? Anyone heard of TBXfree? I saw it on tv and I am not sure if it is for real? I want off these patches and thought I would try it but I dont want to waste my money if it does not work.
