Monday, Monday, can't trust that day

Got a call a few minutes ago asking me to come into work early because my boss is not going to be there.  I said I would do the "best" I can and I WILL but you cannot call a person with Rheumatoid Arthritis five minutes after they wake up and expect that they can move any faster than the tin man in the Wizard of Oz.  I shall oil my joints and do my best but I will also mention the idea that they could have called me an hour earlier and I would have BEEN there an hour earlier.  Just venting.  The good thing is that the day is likely to improve from here on in.  Happy beginning of the week fellow Ex'ers.
