Hello EXERs, I have not posted in a very long time but I have not forgotten all the help you guys gave me. I really don't think I could have made it without reading all your posts and understanding what quitting means. Really Means! I would check in daily and be encouraged by the writings of the old timers which at the time was for me, anyone with a week. At the end of this month I will have not had one puff in 20 months after 50 years of hard smoking. So, newbies, hang in there. You can do this!!!!!
