Beginning of Day 7

Well, tomorrow at this time, I will be ONE WEEK SMOKE FREE!    I am so excited.  Each day seems to get better - I feel so much better.   Not even really craving - except that after work one still!    But it's Saturday, so I don't have to deal with that til Monday at least.   I'm really proud of myself and hope I stay like this.    My brother in law is back to smoking - only 3 or 4 a day, but he could't stay quit.   I was at his house last night and almost gagged from the smell when he was smoking.   It's amazing how quickly I became disgusted with the smell.
