Quitting A Must

I have smoked for 30 years.....quit cold turkey twice with a 2 year success rate both times.  But always had the craving.  This time  dont want a relapse.  I recieved a DX of COPD in the ER Saturday.  I will see my family physician tomorrow.  I am going to ask about Bupropion SR, patches, logenzes & gum.  I need to soak up all the knowledge I can about COPD & any aids helpful in quitting.  Today i took all the ashtrays out of the house, leaving a few in the garage.  My husband is is also a smoker but I don't think he is quite ready to quit.  I need all the aupport I can get.  Thanks.
