Having scrolled through the blogs, I saw a couple of you wondering what it would be like to just have one. Bargaining with ourselves that just one won't make a difference. There's so many different takes on that, which makes quitting so frustrating. This article shows the varying degrees of opinions, but I personally see only one major consensus. Stick with it. It's so worth it. Believe it or not, at some stage of your quit you will barter back and forth that one won't hurt. Just a few drags off a smoke won't hurt. Now, think back of when you were in the cutting back stage...... how did that work out for ya?
