of course you do. it takes a couple years and some hard times. You aren't going to know how you are going to react if a friend turns on you or someone close to you dies or you are in a car wreck or get a health problem that's out of control.
So many experiences to get through without smoking.
The 130 isn't the time it all ends.It's only a place where you aren't thinking of smoking continually, where you have some confidence.
If you don't get through those first months you don't get to 6 months.
