nicotine free

No nicotine patches since I woke up yesterday morning. I stopped at the 14mg just to see how I would do. I was in bed most of the day, had a horrible crave after dinner last night. Reminded me of the craves of the first few days. Didn't sleep well last night so slept most of morning. Now it's 2:30 and I feel fine, just lazy.

I'm trying to stay in anyway due to the wild fires close by. However, these are expected to go on for awhile and we can't stay in forever. Or I guess we could but not much quality of life though.

My goal is to get through until Sun a.m. without using a lozenge. I feel that I could continue from there totally nicotine free which would be such a huge blessing!!!

Hoping everyone here has a wonderful smoke-free weekend!
