Has anyone had experience with these for better breathing and lungs? I was looking at them for seasonal affective disorder where they are proven to help but it is also suggested they may help with allergies, asthma and other lung disorders. I'm looking for more info before I buy some.
Today is the last day of my 14mg. patch. I'm not going to use the 7mg. but I do have some 2mg. lozenges. I don't plan on using them-just in a do or die situation. I had such as easy transition from 21mg patches to 14 so I'm praying for the same.
