I have know idea what happened and that is the first time I have just lost a blog.
I was blogging about my 4th week being health week. That is what I'm going to be working on and I think it will bring EXtra incentive to stay away from cigs.
Right now I'm giving up sugar. I've been up and down with that. I'm fine if I don't by sweet products but it they're in the house I'm like a crazed person-remind you of anything else? So the easy answer is to just not buy them.
I'm also working on exercize progression too but there are other things to think about to. Is everyone having their yearly physicals and labs? And ladies how about our female checks. 1 simple PAP can be lifesaving from cervical cancer and mammograms saves lives as well but for some reason a lot of people put off (sometimes too long) doing these simple things.
Any ideas you guys come up with are also very welcomed!
