Health week

Other people came up with some different ideas for this 4th week but for me, I'm gonna start thinking of other healthy things. Doing some form of exercize everyday. I have some weights and stretch bands and walking when I can. There is mostly hills with curves, very little shoulder and a 45 mph speed limit which most people don't pay attention to and speed. I'm looking into getting some kind of machine for at home. I'm also getting sugar out of my diet again. I have been up and down with that but sugary products are not even tasting good anymore so I'll go back to not buy them because when they're in the house, I'm obssessed even though I am really not liking them.

That's a good start and I will build from that. I will read all suggestions and I know Thomas has a wealth of knowledge!

Have a great smoke-free day!

I'm 59 with severe COPD. I've decided I really want to live and I won't if I smoke. I have 4 grown boys, a grandson and granddaughter due on 9/10. Lots of reasons to live.
