It occurred to me this A.M. as I was reading people’s blog posts: Get a cheerleader for your quit. What you are doing is big. It’s changing-the-universe-big. Your quit is one sustained jolt of positive energy released into the cosmos, streaming from a body near you – yours! Team Quit! GO TEAM!
