Hope you're all doing well. I'm curious to know about peoples' experiences with weight gain during their quit? I'm asking because I'm thinking of putting together some sort of tool or program to help people who are quitting smoking avoid gaining weight during their quit. Any feedback would be great: different methods you've tried (exercise programs, walking, etc.), the biggest challenges you've experienced in terms of weight gain, exercise, and/or eating habbits. Really just looking to hear what different people have experienced.
