I havent posted in awhile but I'm still here and still smokefree!!!
I still come here and lurk in the posts and read, I sometimes start to write and then I don't
The only thing I can think of to say is JUST DONT SMOKE!! No matter what.
I know that doesnt go over too well with those who are having a hard time
I know they look for a magic answer and I dont have one
All I know is that for the last 595 days I have just not smoked, one day at a time
and it's worked and it gets easier and better every single day that I dont smoke.
If I can......I know you can, after 35 years a pack a day
Always just one puff away
