Wishing Everyone a Safe, Smoke Free Weekend

Just popping in to say Hi and to wish everyone a safe, smoke free weekend! We are leaving to go up north in a couple hours and my workday is finally done:)

I am happy to report that today starts the 11th month of my quit. One more month and I will be A) a 6% member and B) on vacation to celebrate my year anniversary of quitting. I'm very excited!

To all the newbies, know your enemy (cigarettes) and know your friends (EX Community), stay tough and hang in there. It does get easier but all good things take time. I still have cravings from time to time but I am happy to report that they are few and far between. I still dream (or have smokemares) of smoking, however, those are not as often. As many of you know, my husband quit with me back on 10/1/2016 and he has been true to his quit as well. When we look at the price of a pack of cigarettes now, we cringe..knowing that if we hadn't made our decision to quit, it would be us paying those prices. We look at smokers now as not 'getting' to have a cigarette, but 'needing' to have a cigarette. Big difference, and it took a bit for it to sink in.

I hope all of you have a fun weekend, I wish I could write more, but this girl has gotta pack!
