I have studied natural healing for many years. While on my journey I learned about liquid stablized oxygen, Many people who took it, (it goes right nto the blood stream) were able to get off of their oxygen tanks. this wasn't a fly by night thing. There were many testimonials.

some places sell it for alot of money, You take about 15-20 drops in a cup of water. This site sells it wholesale to the public, I haven't bought any from them.

I hope this helps somone,

Dear Cigarettes.

I have used you as a crutch for all kinds of emotional reasons over the years. Now I realize how deadly & how much suffering I ‘ve done & will do if I continue thinking of you as my friend.

You want me to die early,14 to 17 years early,& suffocate doing it or have heart failure, stroke or other cancers.

Knowing the truth about you has opened my eyes. I am stronger,healthier & happier without you.I want all the good, full on love, this life has to offer and you want to take it all away.

GOODBYE,MY Family hates you too!

If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and blaming it on you;

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you, but make allowances for their doubting too.

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting; or being lied about ,don't deal in lies.

Or being hated, don't give way to hating; And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise.

If you can dream and not make dreams your master;

If you can think and not make thought your aim.

If you can meet with triumph and disaster and treat those two imposters just the same.

If you can bear to hear the "truth" you've spoken; twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools., or watch the things you gave your life to, broken and stoop and build them up with worn out tools.

If you can make one heap of all your winnings and risk it on one turn of pitch and toss, and lose, and start again at your beginnings and never breathe a word about your loss.

If you can force your heart and nerves and sinew to serve your turn long after they are gone; and so HOLD ON when there is nothing in you except the WILL which says to them "HOLD ON"!

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, or walk with kings-nor lose the COMMOM touch;

If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,

If all men count with you but none too much;

If you can fill the unforgiving moment with sixty seconds worth of distance run.

More on Kellies story

Hi,

My name is Kellie.  I am 48 and on June 4th @ 2:30 in the afternoon I hit my One Year Anniversary.  It felt GREAT!  I was not surprised I made it that far.  I am not afraid of ever smoking again.  Yes, I still have urges.  I sometimes see people smoking and actually long for one.  My daughter still is smoking and instead of giving me the urge to join her like we used to ... it saddens me and makes me afraid for her.

You see I am 48 and that afternoon I quit smoking I was also diagnosed with Copd.  Later the diagnoses went to Severe Copd and Emphysema.  I started a blog documenting a year of life with this disease.  It's interesting to watch the progression.  I started the blog in February on my birthday and since then I can see almost monthly changes.

I am now on 24 hours of oxygen.  I am not a vain person.  I always thought I was attractive or at least looking at me would not make anyone throw up!  LoL  But learning to be O.K. seeing myelf everyday with a cannula wrappped around my face was bad enough.  Going in public and seeing those looks was/'is hard.  You know those looks... they either feel sorry for you (which I hate), or they want to ask all kinds of questions, which also is uncomfortable.  People with Emphysema tend to blame themselves for being sick.  After all I smoked, I did this to myself.  So, sharing that with other people to me is the most uncomfortable thing.

It seems that along with Copd/Emphysema also comes other conditions.  When one organ is damaged it tends to put more pressure on the other organs.  Unfortunatley the lungs are directly related to the heart.  Which they are now watching.  My pulse rate has suddenly gone through the roof.  And they cannot get it to slow down.  This puts pressure on an already overworked heart.

My oxygen levels are so low that I am already on the highest level of 02.  I am not sure what happens after this?

It is scary.

I am not special.  This can be any one of you.  I was just unlucky enough to have bad genes.  Both my parents died from heart disease associated with Copd.  Only in those years I never heard Copd mentioned.  It was Emphysema and only that.

Lungs do not regenerate.  Once damaged that damage stays there.  If you quit damaging them early enough you may never feel the effects.  But to show you what will happen if you continue to smoke, do this for me..................

do a few excercises or run in place until your breathing gets rapid.  Now plug your nose and get a straw.  Breath only through the straw to inhale and exhale.

Some days I feel like I dove too deep into the water and can't make it back to the top to get air.

3 Days.  That's what it takes to get rid of the withdrawls.  Only 3 days!  Cold turkey is how I quit.  I couldn't imagine trying to quit while delivering doses of nicotine back into my system.  To me that is cruel!  Start working on the habit part of your addiction, that is where the work comes in.  You will have to re-direct your thoughts and ways.  If you smoked immediately after dinner, then get up and do dishes, or go for a walk.  If when you got in a fight with your "person" you smoked to calm down... then get a punching bag, hit your pillow, do something to get rid of the adrenaline.  Don't use smoking as an excuse.  You will still have no job, you will still lose someone, you will still have stress at work, you will still have an illness, you will still have uncomfortable moments.  Smoking WILL NOT make those easier to handle.  Instead you will still have all of the above, only now you will have blown your quit too!

I wish you the best of luck in your journey to become an Ex.  It's not easy.  But I promise you the alternative sucks!

________

Consider this

Some ex-smokers find they have fewer colds after quitting. That's because of something called cilia. Cilia are little hairs in your lungs and throat that protect you from pollutants. But cigarette smoke can damage those cilia so they can't do their job as well. This makes your body more vulnerable to things like the common cold. But after you stop smoking, your cilia should start to work again.

It's another good example of how you may be feeling better soon.

A few weeks back, when you decided to quit smoking, you might not have realized all the ways your health might improve. Let's look at a few.

From your head… You might have hardly noticed the way your hair smelled when you smoked. But other people probably did. It's the kind of improvement other people can enjoy, too. Your senses of smell and taste may also be getting better by the day without the dulling effect of cigarettes.

…to your chest… Your lungs might be functioning better now. Anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months after most smokers quit, the coughing, sinus congestion, fatigue, and shortness of breath decrease. And 10 years after quitting, the risk of lung cancer can be reduced by half.

…all the way down to your feet. It's a lot easier to be more active (even doing simple things like walking) when your blood circulation and lung function improve. And it probably began to get better almost as soon as you stopped smoking.

Today, there are two ways to do the activity. You can either print this page and fill in the blanks or just get a pen and paper and make your own list.

The idea is simple: Make a list of a few things you'd like to try now that you've stopped smoking. It's likely that you're feeling better in many ways by now. So there may be quite a few activities that might be more rewarding at this point. That could help you remember that quitting smoking can make many parts of your life more enjoyable.

  Before you begin any new physical activities, be sure to check with your doctor to see how much activity is right for you.

Make your list. Tape it to the fridge. Then, over the next few days, check off as many of the items on your list as you can.

Smoking doesn't just affect your lungs. It has an impact on just about every organ of your body. You know that already, of course, but it's important to look at the big picture once in a while. Because there are many ways your health is probably better now than it was before your Quit Date.

So today we talked about how you feel. Tomorrow we flip it around: How do other people see you now that you've quit?

_______________________________________________________________________________________

Beware of Garbage Trucksby David J. Pollaysubmitted by Rene RobinsonHow often do you let other people's nonsense changeyour mood? Do you let a bad driver, rude waiter, curt boss,or an insensitive employee ruin your day? Unless you're theTerminator, for an instant you're probably set back on yourheels. However, the mark of a successful person is how quicklyshe or he can get back their focus on what's important.  Sixteen years ago I learned this lesson.I learned it in the back of a New York City taxi cab.Here's what happened.I hopped in a taxi, and we took off for Grand Central Station.We were driving in the right lane when, all of a sudden,a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded,and missed the other car's back end by just inches!The driver of the other car, the guy who almost caused a big accident,whipped his head around and he started yelling bad words at us.My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy.And I mean, he was friendly.So, I said, "Why did you just do that?This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!"And this is when my taxidriver told me what Inow call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck."Many people are like garbagetrucks.They run around full of garbage, full of frustration,full of anger, and full of disappointment.As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it.And if you let them, they'll dump it on you.When someone wants to dump on you, don't take it personally.You just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on.You'll be happy you did.So this was it: The "Law of the Garbage Truck."I started thinking, how often do I let Garbage Trucks run right over me?And how often do I take their garbage and spread it to other people:at work, at home, on the streets?It was that day I said, "I'm not going to do it anymore."I began to see garbagetrucks.Like in the movie "The Sixth Sense," the little boy said, "I see Dead People."Well, now "I see Garbage Trucks."I see the load they're carrying.I see them coming to drop it off.And like my Taxi Driver, I don't make it a personal thing;I just smile, wave, wish them well, and I move on.One of my favorite footballplayers of all time, Walter Payton,did this every day on thefootball field.He would jump up as quickly as he hit the ground after being tackled.He never dwelled on a hit.Payton was ready to make the next play his best.Good leaders know they have to be ready for their next meeting.Good parents know that they have to welcome their children homefrom school with hugs and kisses.Leaders and parents know that they have to be fully present,and at their best for the people they care about.The bottom line is that successful peopledo not let Garbage Trucks take over their day.What about you?What would happen in your life, starting today,if you let more garbage trucks pass you by?Here's my bet.You'll be happier.Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so..Love the people who treat you right.Forget about the ones who don't.Believe that everything happens for a reason.If you get a chance , TAKE IT!If it changes your life , LET IT!Nobody said it would be easy...They just promised it would be worth it!     YOu only get one body, I hope you take as good a care of it as you can.
