I know I am in the TDC but have lost count of my days quit lol I know its somewhere in 4 months now. Strangely this weekend felt out of breath like I used to when I smoked but I am feeling better now was a weird feeling. The great thing I am experiencing lately is the lack of craving I have been offered smokes and politely decline then the people offering are "oops so sorry I forgot you quit" Unfortunately I got horrible news last night of a good family friend who has been found to have

Leukaemia and has been put into a coma we are not sure if he will make it so that was me sobbing on the couch last night but our of this I didnt crave or even think about a cigarette.

So onwards we go into the TDC for those of you just starting your quit keep at it it will get easier every day just keep your eye on the prize of being smoke free and no more wheezing, coughing and gasping when you climb the stairs etc.

i am a musician and biker at heart. I have a gorgeous little daughter who I treasure with all my heart, she is one of the main reasons for me stopping smoking. i want to walk her down the isle one day. My wife is a smoker which is a challenge but she supports my quit. I had a really big scare on the 2nd Jan 2017 where I stopped breathing everytime I fell asleep and had bad chest pains throughout the night, this was the time to say enough. I am getting healthy again and i am back at gym and enjoying the benefits daily of stopping smoking. Onwards and upwards.
