So on the 3rd April I reached 90 days or 3 months either way you look at it I'm really impressed with myself and also how quickly 3 months have flow by.

When I started the journey to quit I hit a few speed bumps along the way false starts if you will mainly out of doubt fear etc. BUT here I am. I am NEVER going to smoke again. I do get the rare gimme that smoke now crave but it lasts maybe 1 min at the most then I am left saying to myself what the heck was that? The best thing about my quitting is the support I have had from my family my little daughter can't stop giving me cuddles and hugs they are the best I keep asking myself what I must have smelled like to her before when I was smoking.

Anyway onwards and upwards we go with a big smile on my face.

i am a musician and biker at heart. I have a gorgeous little daughter who I treasure with all my heart, she is one of the main reasons for me stopping smoking. i want to walk her down the isle one day. My wife is a smoker which is a challenge but she supports my quit. I had a really big scare on the 2nd Jan 2017 where I stopped breathing everytime I fell asleep and had bad chest pains throughout the night, this was the time to say enough. I am getting healthy again and i am back at gym and enjoying the benefits daily of stopping smoking. Onwards and upwards.
