Today is 64 days since I have become a non smoker. Today when I got home from work I got out of my car and I smelled something so good. It was my flowering trees. I never smelled them like this in past years. I am sure it is because I stopped smoking that they smelled so good. It was the best smell of spring I have had in years!!! I am so thankful I was able to stop. Thanks to all of you. I do still have some cravings. not as many as before. One of the things that has helped me is the you tube video of the boys mother dying of lung cancer. When I want one when I am not close to my computer friends (all of you:) ) I think about that and it goes away. I saw a man on oxygen at work today and he told me he smoked one right after another for many many years. I felt bad for him. I think God is sending messages. I pray alot that I won't mess up.
