Don't listen to me THIS week, either!

Listen to another community member's experience:

"I was quit for 10 years and being a bit tipsy at a party bummed a cigarette from a friend & smoked it. A couple weeks later I had another one. It took awhile but I eventually stopped & bought a pack & smoked for 8 years. All because of that ONE".

Drinking and smoking go hand in hand recent research suggests: Nicotine dampens feel-good chemicals ...

Please don't drink this weekend.  A quit is a terrible thing to lose.

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
