Are You Ready To Do The Work?

Quitting smoking is like a job. Like many others, it requires education, dedication and hard work.  There are days when you wish you were doing ANYTHING else and want to quit (people are on your nerves, the job is just too difficult). But, like a job, there IS a payday at the end.

There is no magic pill to take that will do the work for you. You must commit yourself to it 100%. If you do, I promise you will be successful.

The payday will be both monetary and physical. You will literally be saving your own life.

Are you ready?  I hope so!

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
