Thanks for all the support. I have read , what you all have wrote and I'm going to keep reading. My eyes wide open. I know all this I live on here, Some one said I need to ask myself what I mgoing to diffrent, stay way from my worest triggers. I will take deep breaths, blog it out, call for help.
