Welcome!
To start, you need to distract yourself when you crave a cigarette. Breathe slow and deep, take a brisk walk, sip ice cold water, do a jumping jack, bite into a lemon (yup - rind and ALL). There are lists on my page (just click on my avatar to get there) of 114 things to do instead of smoke.
As well, you need to understand what your body and mind are going through as you stop feeding it nicotine. I highly recommend you read Allen Carr's book; here is a link to a free PDF version of it.
