Share your quitting journey
Have smoked for almost 35 years and now is time to stop! I am sick of being out of breath all the time. I love to bike ride and cannot seem to get very far anymore. Plus have some other health issues that I do not want to get worse like diabeties. I really hate the way my car smells and the way people back way from me after I have had a cigarette.
I am nervous. Sometimes I feel very anxious when I do not have a cigarette and I mean sometimes a full panic attack. I do not want to fail at this.
I received my patches yesterday, My question is do I start using them now or wait until my quit day. It seems really confusing to me. After watching the vidoes on this web site, thinking I made need to get lozenges also.
Since I have kinda started. I do great cutting back one day, but then the next day not so good. REally working on my triggers.
