Covid Tragedy

Thomas3.20.2010

I received word a week ago that my cousin Fernando passed away from Covid in Mexico. We grew up together and I feel grief and loneliness because I obviously can't join the family for the funeral.
But what worries me even more is that in Mexico grieving is a huge gathering for nine days after the burial - hundreds of people attend to recite the rosary. I am petrified that this is a super spreader!

So along with grief and loneliness I am suffering a lot of fear!

Please pray for my family and friends in Mexico and please - don't gather in large groups for Thanksgiving!

I want to spend time with my sons and grandchildren but alas, not this year! I want them and me around for Christmas!

Stay safe - don't smoke and pray for all those who suffer from Covid and those who have passed away!

LLAP!
