Responsibility

Terrie reminds us that responsibility for our Quit belongs to us!

What a great message!

It's not circumstances that make us smoke!

Or people that trigger us into feeling mad, sad, anxious....

They don't make us smoke!

Recovery means Living Life on Life's Terms!

Only one thing can make us smoke

And there's only one person who can keep us Smoke FREE!

ME!

Triggers are never responsible for being triggers!

We're responsible for staying away from triggers until we figure out how to deal with them!

That might be a verrrrry long time - or forever!

But that's my responsibility, my decision, my consequences!

Only Nico-Lies tell us that we have to be here, do this, talk to them....

It may be challenging but we can organize our lives around smoking

or we can organize a Smoke FREE Lifestye!

I have a choice! You do have a choice!

We can decide to live Smoke FREE!
