So my goal for today was to walk down the stairs for meals and back up afterwards and  I made it!

Oxygen Sats are staying strong with Oxygen Therapy 2Liters. Still sleeping 14 - 16 hours/day which I guess is OK. I miss normal living stuff like working, shopping, exercise, all that! It's boring for a person used to being active but I'm doing my best to accept my new normal. The Family have been incredibly supportive and that makes all the difference.

I really am apprehensive about seeing the Dr because I want to get off the oxygen & prednisone and don't want to hear that I lost a lot of lung capacity. Only time will tell.

If you smoke - QUIT NOW! If you have already begun your Quit Journey - protect you Quit as if your Life depends on it - because it does (and I'm not just talking Quantity - Quality is very important too!)
