And just like those folks we have to separate from our drug addict environemmnt, stay away from alcohol, clean up our act and face our personal demons.
That is true Recovery! Reclaiming ourselves and becoming Addiction FREE!
The only difference is that Nicotine is legal and doesn't look that bad but it kills more people than all those other drugs put together! Folks probably won't do you an Intervention so you have to do your own.
Just like those guys, the minute the Intervention is over they begin withdrawal. We have to pick a time and come clean! No cutting back, curbing our habit, etc, etc. Just come clean and stay clean and then get out into the World and live life on it's terms!
We can and do just that here every single day!
And it's worth every single minute of struggle if you give it just a few Months time!
